這次體驗不好，酒店的抽風機就關不掉的，半夜把衞生間門關了還是有點吵。主要是問了酒店，他説馬上上去看看，五天了，沒有人上去看。

Tenho uma severa reclamação a fazer. Qdo fiz a reserva, conforme comprovante em mãos, o preço do café da manhã constou como sendo R$ 27,00 por pessoa. Entretanto o valor efetivamente cobrado foi de R$ 49,00 por pessoa. Reclamei no hotel, porém me responderam que o valor cobrado era o correto e que não podiam fazer nada e para que eu reclamasse junto à Trip, visto que a reserva foi feita com essa empresa. Assim aguardo o reembolso da diferença para que se evite uma ação de minha parte junto aos Órgãos competentes. EDSON NOGUEIRA DA ROCHA

Nós e todos os hóspedes que fizeram checkin no dia 06/04/204 tivemos muitos problemas para fazer o Checkin no hotel. Chegamos às 14:00 e só conseguimos entrar no nosso quarto às 21:45, sendo que as 5hrs da manhã deveríamos estar em pé para participar na maratona de São Paulo. Os atendimentos estavam lerdos por uma lentidão no sistema. Entretanto NENHUM plano de contingência foi acionado e ao ser questionado sobre como poderíamos ser ressarcidos desse transtorno, nenhum funcionário tinha alguma justificativa. Uma vergonha para uma rede tão grande.

This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.
